Paul Marks spent a number of years working in the entertainment and hospitality sector before lockdown forced the closure of his business. 

Armed with a wealth of experience in general DIY, plumbing, log cabin construction, laminate floor fitting, bathroom and kitchen refurbishment and a five year renovation project of his own family home and garden,  Paul made the decision to start out on his his own and put his great skills to good use.  

Michael Smith brings with him a wealth of experience harnessed from a lifelong passion for carpentry and renovation.

After spending a couple of decades in the motor industry he decided to leave that high pressure world and turn a hobby into a career. He has since offered his skills to several local schools helping to bring some bespoke projects to life including a brand new high school classroom for technical vocational learning, safe pond decking for primary school students, bicycle sheds, ingenious storage solutions and many repair projects. He then decided to look at the prospect of working for himself and help Norfolk homeowners make their garden and house dreams a reality. Just by chance, after deciding to change work vehicle, fate put him and Paul in contact with one another. It was clear from the banter alone that they would work well together, and so the rest as you say is history. Two individuals bringing their skill sets together to create an excellent portfolio of work.

Paul & Michael are also approved installers for B&Q and have trade accounts with bathroom and kitchen suppliers.

Julie has spent most of her career in client facing roles, managing and motivating teams in order to deliver excellent customer service and believes that this is an attitude and not a department.  She has a huge passion for delivering a quality service to our customers.

After trying many companies and being let down or ghosted, I was recommended to PM Services.
Phone was answered immediately by a very friendly lady, details taken from me about what I want, appointment booked for someone to come out and discuss two days later.  Michael arrived on time, spent an hour with us and came up with some ideas that we had not thought of ourselves.  Quotation arrived by e mail three days later.  We booked with them, although not as quick as we would like it to have been (wife is impatient!), we were prepared to wait.  Both Michael and Paul turned up for work on time every day, worked like trojans and most importantly (for my wife) cleaned up afterwards every night!  So refreshing to find genuine, honest and hardworking people these days who care as much about your home as you do.  100% would recommend.  Wife is already making a list of other jobs that need to be done!!!

Called PM Services on a Saturday when we had a problem with an overflowing sink.  Michael came out and soon realised the issue was with the drains.  A really unplesant job but he sorted the problem and I didn't need to take out a second mortgage to pay the bill either!
